That will work for us. Let's do Thursday at 5PM your time. We will send you shortly a WebEx URL that will enable us to perform a remote support session.
Thanks for the update. Unfortunately I am only available Thursday or Friday this week, does that suit you at all?
Sorry for the delay. Due to the time difference between California and Cophenhage, any day of this week at exactly 5PM your time would work. Is this possible?
I'm wondering if we can arrange a session soon?
I re-installed between taking the error snapshop i submitted and the screenshot. My current username is my fullname: ashley davison-white. (space included) but it doesn't affect anything; the error occurs no matter what; I just created a new user account and the problem also occurs on that user account. You're welcome to remote in any time during normal office hours - 9-5 GMT +1 (Copenhagen). Do you use teamviewer? You're welcome to add me on gtallk to discuss, my email is adw999@gmail.com Thanks for your help
Thanks for the attachment. The username seems to be just `ashley', however some screenshots are showing just blank instead of ashley whereas the RTF files you sent contain `ashley'. Is `ashley' really the actual username? Are you using some Unicode characters? It would help us if we could perform a remote support session to see exactly what could be wrong? Are there any time frame that would be convenient in the next couple of days where we could do that?
