Synopsis: Undocking Feature tool and restarting causes Feature tool to get lost

Description
There seem to be some major regressions from 6.0 related to docking
(unless I somehow have a bad build, though many things seem to work just fine).

Delete ~/.es directory.
Start estudio and compile a project.
Undock Feature tool and move it below main window.
Exit estudio.
Restart estudio and open same project.
No Feature tool appears below estudio.
Type Ctrl+Tab and select Feature.  Still no Feature tool.
Select View/Tools/Feature.  Still does not appear.
There doesn't seem to be any way to get the "lost" Feature tool back
   (I verified that it wasn't hiding behind the main window).

These docking-related bugs (if that is what they are) have to be fixed
before the commercial release or we won't be able to switch to 6.1.

This bug only happens on CDE. On Solaris GNome, it works fine. Actually all undocked tool window not displayed in CDE. But Eiffel Studio with same docking layout works correctly in GNome. 

Still investigating.
