Synopsis: Maximizing tool then closing it closes other tools and makes them unavailable

Description
Delete ~/.es directory.  Compile sample application.
Click Maximize button in Features tool, then click "X" to close it.
All other tools that were displayed before the Maximize have now disappeared
  as well.
Click on Clusters button or select View/Tools/Clusters (or Class or Metrics etc).
None of the tools that disappeared when the maximized Features tool was closed
can be brought back except by bringing back the Features tool (via the Features
button or via View/Tools/Features).  

I hope this is a bug because it is very confusing.

This is a bug. It's fixed after revision#66973, all other unmaximized tools will shown after you close a maximized tool.
