This is not fixed in 66833.  A little bit less of the text is cut off, but
some is still cut off.  For example, part of the "p" in "Pull Up" is not
visible.  Until the height of buttons is based on characteristics of the
font, this problem may be fixed for some fonts but not for all fonts.
It is not fixed for "Arial 18" on Solaris 10.
