My fourth point ("Selecting the option doesn't set focus to the relevant window")  is demonstrated by these steps:

1. Start debugging a project.

2. Debug | Tools | Call stack (The Call Stack window disappears.)

3. Debug | Tools | Call stack (The Call Stack window reappears, but IT DOES NOT HAVE FOCUS.)

Focus remains in the Editor. This is inconsistent with the View | Tools menu, and very frustrating for users like me who prefer the keyboard to the mouse. Because there is no way to set focus to the Call Stack via the keyboard, in order to interact with it I first have to reach for the mouse and then click in it.
