I also think we should convert the current "crash reporter" as a generic issue reporter.

This could be used to sumbit problem as Manu suggested, or even report exception during development of eiffelstudio.

And ... I really think this should be an external tool.
When a crash occurs in EiffelStudio, it should execute an external issue reporter tool, instead of having it built-in EiffelStudio.
 - this will make EiffelStudio slightly smaller
 - and usually when a crash occurs in EiffelStudio .. this might be due to bad issue in eiffelStudio itself, so the use of built-in reporter might not be that safe.

And we could imagine (in the future) to make this external issue reporter as a richer issue tools, which would also enable to query existing bugs and so on.
