Attached is about as small a program that I can make that still demonstrates the problem.

First untar the file in a directory. Assuming you're in the directory, do the following:

setenv PAPILLON_HOME `pwd`
cd src/build/src/ewg/
setenv EWG `pwd`
setenv GOBO $ISE_EIFFEL/library/gobo/svn/
cd ../../../internal/eiffel/test/culler/
ec -config ise.ecf -finalize

and it should go *Boom*.
