I think something fixed this - either a newer version GTK+ or a change to
Vision2 or docking library.  I cannot reproduce it on OpenSolaris 2008.05.
The bug was a seg fault in {SD_TOOL_BAR_DRAWER_IMP}.draw_item.  If I ever
see it again, I will re-report it.
