Can you still reproduce the problem? We haven't been able to reproduce the problem, but possibly because the following is not clear:

move the Class tool to the zone with Clusters tool.

The popup will disappear as soon as you click somewhere else, so in theory as soon as you start moving the class tool, the popup will disappear.
