Synopsis: EV_COMBO_BOX.set_background_color

Description
In EV_COMBO_BOX, `set_background_color' and `set_foreground_color' have no effect when `disable_edit' has been called.

Furthermore, when it works, `set_background_color' does not set the color for the whole background but just of the height of the text. There is a thin white horizontal strip above and below the text.
