Synopsis: Cannot undo first diagram change via History Tool

Description

There is no way to undo the first change made in the Diagram tab
via the History Tool.  There is a "History Discarded" line before
the first change made, but clicking on it does not undo the first
change.  It seems to me that it should.

This is now possible to select `History discarded' and it will undo the first change. Fixed in rev#80538.
