Synopsis: Some mouse clicks lost when stepping in debugger

Description
Clicking quickly on the Step by Step button in the debugger
5 times often causes the debugger to step only 4 times.
Very annoying.  Perhaps this is the best your workaround can do
but it is quite confusing the way it is.
