Synopsis: "New .NET Application Wizard" does not have focus

Description
On creating a new .NET application, the "New .NET Application Wizard" is displayed.

It cannot be used via the keyboard because no controls have focus. Even hitting the Tab, Enter or Esc keys have no effect.

The only way to proceed is by clicking one of the buttons with the mouse.
