Synopsis: Diagram keyboard shortcuts sometimes don't work

Description
Various buttons on the Diagram toolbar have keyboard shortcuts.

These shortcuts do nothing if the zoom combo box has focus.

To get them to work, I first have to click on the diagram surface.
