Synopsis: Suggestion- Use Ctrl+Minus instead of Ctrl+K

Description
I like EiffelStudio's comment and uncomment facility and I use it a lot.

The Ctrl+K and Ctrl+Shift+K shortcuts are easier to type than Visual Studio's equivalents (Ctrl+K,C and Ctrl+K,U).

Nonetheless, I think you could improve it a bit by using Eiffel's comment character, the hyphen, instead of of K. What does K stand for: "Komment"?

An additional idea is to change this to a single "Toggle Comment" command, similar to the forthcoming version of Delphi, rather than having two commands. The Delphi editor knows whether to comment or uncomment the selected lines based on whether the first selected line is already commented. If the first line is commented, then it uncomments the selected lines.

This suggestion has these advantages:
1. Ctrl+Minus is easier to learn than Ctrl+K and Ctrl+Shift+K.
2. There is one command rather than two.
3. Ctrl+K and Ctrl+Shift+K become available for other commands.

The first part of this suggestion, to use Ctrl+Minus, is now possible in 6.0.6.7183. I've reconfigured these two shortcuts and I like it a lot.

I won't close the issue, however, because the second part of the suggestion remains open.
