Synopsis: Suggestion - Shortcut to enable or remove a breakpoint

Description
It would be nice if you could set or remove a breakpoint on the current lin via a keyboard shortcut.

For example, F9 does this in Visual Studio.

According to http://eiffelsoftware.origo.ethz.ch/index.php/Roadmap, you planned to do this in 6.0.
