Synopsis: Suggestion - Allow clicking of Component Viewer "Target component into tool" button

Description
This is yet another case of the same complaint I have been making in general about EiffelBuild's abuse of user interface interface standards.

Toolbar buttons are meant to be clicked. Yet clicking the Component Viewer's "Target component into tool" button displays an error message.

Rather than display an error, it would be better if the button behaved like a drop, targetting the viewer to whatever component is currently selected in the Component Selector.

If no component is currently selected, the the button should be disabled.
