Synopsis: New Object Editor is displayed behind Builder Window

Description
In the Builder Window, control-right-click creates a new Object Editor which is often completely hidden by the Builder Window.

This happens because the new Object Editor is behind the Builder Window.

This problem is particularly bad if "Tools always on top?" is enabled.
