Synopsis: Suggestion - Double-click to create new Object Editor

Description
In the Builder Window and the Layout Constructor, control-right-clicking creates a new Object Editor.

Double-clicking is the standard way to do something like this. Double-click currently soes nothing.

To help new users to learn EiffelBuild, double-clicking should be provided as an alternative way to create a new Object Editor.
