Synopsis: Suggestion - Drag-and-drop from Type Selector to Layout Constructor

Description
In the Type Selector, it would be nice if drag-and-drop would work exactly as pick and drop now does.

This should be possible, because drag-and-drop currently does nothing.

This would help old Delphi and Visual Studio programmers to learn EiffelBuild.
