PR# 3675 Project names mangle paths in .Net Wizard

Open EiffelStudio, select "Create a new Project", of the type "Microsoft .Net application." The "New .Net Application Wizard" appears. Select "Next" to get past the intro.

I clicked on the project name, selecting the entire name and overwrote it with "eiffel\". In the Project location, the last part of the path was overwritten with "eiffel\" and so far so good.

Now press the backspace key. The project location changes (in my case) from "F:\PROJECTS\eiffel\" to F:\PROJECTS\eiffel\eiffel"

It gets better. Re-enter the backslash and type foo. Now the project location becomes
    "F:\PROJECTS\eiffel\eiffel\eiffel\eiffel\eiffel\eiffel\foo"

In other words, a new "eiffel\" is appended with each keypress.
