PR# 19877 Error compilation linking with examples or default application using wizard

I just start using Eiffel after an installation on windows and OSX. Installation in Windows uses Microsoft compiler and after installation Eiffelstudio did not found compiler. I had to set PATH, INCLUDE, LIB and MYSQL environment variables in order Eiffelstudio could even launch external c compilation. Now Eiffelstudio can launch external c compilation but a link time it fails with unresolved external symbols.

Either create a new project from basic examples like 'calculator' or create a new basic application project from new project wizard or use recompilation wizard, at external c compilation linking phase Eiffelstudio fails. If I create a ne project I do not use precompiles because I can not build them and still fails.

The one attached image shows compile result from basic console application project the other attached images shows the environment variables set.

I used  Eiffelstudio many years since its first version. I stop using it for a while and now I want to use it again. I got a license to use it in Windows and Mac for a month and see if I can start using it again and I use MySQL databases.

I hope I can start using it again in a productive way.

Did you find a solution to your issue?
If not, can you describe how you installed the C compiler?
If no MS C compiler is installed, EiffelStudio should use the mingw compiler included in the delivery. 
But on Windows, it is indeed recommended to use the MS C compiler as it supports more libraries.
