Synopsis: Recompile from scratch does not work

Description

The "Compile from scratch" menu entry in the Project menu does not work for me under Windows.
The existing EiffelStudio disappears, then the splash screen of the next EiffelStudio appears, and after that nothing happens.
There is no ec.exe running anymore in my task manager, and the EIFGEN has not been deleted.
