Synopsis: Documentation presentation flaw - spacing

While I was reading the dcoumentation, such as this page, I noticed that certain titles are flush up to the preceeding text rather than leaving some white space between the title and the prior paragraph.

Looking at the page source I see that there are blank lines between the title definition:
===Xxxx Xxxx===
and the prior paragraph.

Pleas modify its style sheet so that this title level (possibly others too) does not consume the spacing before the heading.
