Synopsis: Documentation presentation flaw - spacing

Description
While I was reading the dcoumentation, such as this page https://www.eiffel.org/doc/eiffel/Void-safe_changes_to_Eiffel_libraries, I noticed that certain titles are flush up to the preceeding text rather than leaving some white space between the title and the prior paragraph.

Looking at the page source I see that there are blank lines between the title definition:
===Xxxx Xxxx===
and the prior paragraph.

Pleas modify its style sheet so that this title level (possibly others too) does not consume the spacing before the heading.

unsure if EiffelWeb is the correct category, it concerns the Eiffel.org WiKi presentation
