Description
EiffelStudio asked me to import my preferences from a previous version of EiffelStudio only at the second execution. I was not asked this question the first time I started it.

I think that this comes from the way we start EiffelStudio.
The first execution was started with the options: -project_path  xyz  -config  xyz.ecf  -melt
and the second execution was started with just: xyz.ecf

It looks like we are not asked to import preferences when we start EiffelStudio with the options in the first case.
