Description
Currently there are many libraries that have a REAME document attached in the distribution.

Windows relies on a file extension to nicely open a reader application. These "README" files without extension require each time to chose an application to open the file,

Please, at least for the Windows distribution, rename them with a ".txt" extension for implicit connection to the chosen reader application.

(I know - everyone can create a script and run their own rename - though not very efficient)

I noted that several of the files are in *ix format, ending them in ".MD" rather than in .txt may be preferable.
