PR# 19577 EiffelStudio windowing goes haywire

I research funtionalities of the New Window of EiffelStudio after prior hickups.

(1) Open Eiffelstudio with project A, then open a first New Window

(2) Open another Eiffelstudio with project B, open its first New Window, customize some icons so I can track settings later, from this first additional window I open a second New Window and again customze with different choices of icons.

(2) I go back to the main page of project (A), from there I happen to open another New Window. At first nothing happens, then the screen gets cluttered up with parts of standalone panes of the window. Some parts are totally off screen so that I would not be able to reach the upper window border to move around. Anyhow, these parts don't react to mouse clicks. I check the taskbar and get to see many tasks representing this parts of a projects window. Look at TaskManager, these separate tasks cannot be killed alone. Then killed EiffelStudio thru Taskmanager.
