PR# 19576 EiffelStudio Debugger opens in a different window

I am working with two windows, the main project window where I am doing my editing, then a New Window to display some library source code.

(1) When I run a Compile for now appearent reason the second wind gets pulled up over the main window.

(12) I switch back to the project window. When I run the program again the other window is pulled up. But more annoying is that the debugger starts in that second window.

Please make the debugger use the window where I click the run icon.
