Description

Continued with project StepTwo after PR#19562.

Reconfigured the SpinButton setup to represent 7-days of a week, rearranged the ok-cancel widgets.

Next open the Builder Window, ok, next open the Display Window.  

Error: Display window opens empty and computer goes into high cpu usage (around 35%) and nothing further happens. EiffelBuild is unresponsive, needs to be terminated thru Windows Taskmanager.

Note: during repeating this incident EiffelBuild suddenly goes once again into its Disappearing Act PR#19560 and requires registry editing.

Note: during one of the attempts to document the incident EiffelBuild suddenly loses its window settings. The registry INTEGER_global_preferences.build_window_height needs to be fixed,

This issue is now fixed by commit rev#103470.
It was related to WEL (not specific to EiffelBuild).
