PR# 19561 Top and Bottom "note" - can we have a Hide / Show feature?

Hello !

If anyone has too much time at hand, how about this "nice to have" enhancement to the EiffelStudio editor.

Please implement a preference setting that allows to show or suppress the top and / or bottom "note" entries while editing. Including a quick access icon in the toolbar to toggle the view.

Reason: 
To me these notes are visual clutter that distract from reading the relevant source code, they take up screen estate and require me to scroll past, especially at top.

Luxury Implementation: 
Preference settings that list 'acceptable' tags to display even when generally set to hide. Like the "note Description:" as most valuable visible entry.
