Synopsis: No notification for the initial bug report
When I submit a bug report with my account at AXA, I get email notifications both for the initial bug I reported and for the subsequent interactions. When I submit a bug report with my "gobobe" account, I only receive notifications for the subsequent interaction but not for the initial bug report. Is it normal? I tried to see on the support site whether this was configurable, but I see no Preference page or anything like that. -- Eric Bezault

Closing as the issue appeared to be related to the mail client setup.

Yes. The issue is that the first notification (at the creation of the bug report) is flagged as SPAM. And since I have a mailbox redirection and SPAM are not transferred, it was lost.

I assume this issue is closed? If yes, we let you close it.
The size limit on my inbox in huge. And I receive some messages from support.eiffel.com. So they are not blocked. It's just that I don't receive all of them. -- Eric bezault

Is there any inbox size limit on it that could cause block the incoming email? Is it possible to check if the email service provider for <gobobe> block emails coming from support.eiffel.com?
