Synopsis: Exception when compiling

Description
Open 2 EiffelStudio window and make sure both have the output tool visible. Click compile and the output will appear in both windows.

Then close on Window and click compile. It will violate a precondition and later crash because it is still trying to do the output in the output panel from the window we just closed.
