PR# 18898 Add Feature Groups to Auto-Complete

When performing an Auto-Complete, provide a list of Feature Groups contained in the target at the top of the Auto-complete list. The programmer can then arrow down to bypass the groups, or they can Right-arrow to activate a group, thereby limiting the Auto-complete search to just the feature contained within the Target feature group.

This ability to include feature groups in the Auto-complete can also be selectively turned on and off. It may also participate in the wild-card searchability of Auto-complete, where the feature group comments are filtered by whatever wild-card has been typed by the user.
