Synopsis: Tool tips box is annoying,

Description

When I copy and paste a feature name, the tool tips is shown and the CTRL-C for copying is not properly execute (because the focus is on the tool tips window). I would like to disable completely the tool tips popup or change the key to open it (use the ALT button instead of the CTRL button for example).

To Reproduce

Select a feature name (keep the mouse cursor over the feature name) and press the CTRL button (for copy or cut and paste).
