Synopsis: Check violation in DUMP_VALUE

Description

I don't remember exactly what was the context (My guess is that it was related to either .NET debugging, or something else with some expression evaluation, or MT debugging).

In any case, I got a check violation at line 362 of rev#88888 of {DUMP_VALUE}.

For the time being, I had this commented out. But I'm going to revert this now and hope I can provide something more useful in the near future.
