Synopsis: System using non-conforming inheritance seg faults when finalized

Description

Execution of a system that uses non-conforming produces the expected output
when the system is frozen, but a finalized system (without inlining) seg
faults when executed.

Added test noncon024 for this bug.

To Reproduce

Run test noncon024.
