Synopsis: SCOOP partree example compiles but execution never finishes

Description
The partree SCOOP example compiles fine, but when I run it system execution
never ends (I waited about 15 minutes) and it hardly uses any CPU.
If this example is obsolete it should be removed.  Otherwise, it should be
fixed.

The documentation page at

   http://docs.eiffel.com/book/solutions/partree

says it has been moved to the trash, which suggests that perhaps this
example should be removed from the delivery.

It seems to me that the SCOOP partree example should be fixed so that it
works or removed from the examples tree.  Just a reminder.
