Synopsis: Inlining call on separate argument generates uncompilable C code

Description

Finalizing a SCOOP system with inlining generates uncompilable C code if
a call on a separate argument is inlined.  The C code has a syntax error.

Added test scoop013 for this bug.

To Reproduce

Run test scoop013.
