PR# 17597 Compiler reports syntax error for % character codes in strings with non-decimal values
Problem Report Summary
Environment: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; SunOS sun4u; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 Solaris 10 on SPARC
Synopsis: Compiler reports syntax error for % character codes in strings with non-decimal values
The compiler accepts character constants such as '%/0x57/' (and also accepts binary and octal numbers) but it won't accept these same character specifications in a manifest string. Manu thinks this is a bug. Added test syntax065 for this bug.
Run test syntax065.
