Synopsis: Activating execution recording in SCOOP system hangs estudio

Description

Activating Execution Recording in a SCOOP system, either before execution
starts or after execution is already in progress, causes estudio to hang.

To Reproduce

Freeze with attached class and config file (taken from test scoop001).
Activate Execution Recording.
Click on Step by Step button.
Estudio is now hung - won't respond to keyboard or mouse events.
