Synopsis: Pretty printing class that uses obsolete syntax "indexing" reports syntax error

Description

Trying to pretty print a class that uses the obsolete keyword "indexing"
(instead of "note") causes ec to report a syntax error.  Other obsolete 
syntax, such as "!!" is accepted, so I assume this is a bug.

To Reproduce

Run ec -pretty on attached class.
