Synopsis: Another set of classes using QATs that crashes compiler in {FORMAL_A}.instantiated_in

Description

This may be the same bug as test anchor033 (bug #16879).
However, that test now (with rev 83767) causes a crash in a different
routine, so I'm adding another test that does crash in
{FORMAL_A}.instantiated_in.

Added eweasel test anchor046 for this bug.

To Reproduce

Run eweasel test anchor046.
