Synopsis: Changing type in system using qualified anchored types causes bogus VEEN error
Description
After initial compilation of a system using qualified anchored types, changing a type and recompiling causes the compiler to report a nonexistent VEEN error. The final classes compile fine from scratch. Added eweasel test incr362 for this bug.
To Reproduce
Run eweasel test incr362.
Problem Report Interactions
The test passes in rev#83757 of EiffelStudio 6.7 intermediate release.
