Synopsis: Finalized system with QAT involving generics and `like Current'

Description

A system that uses qualified anchored types involving generic classes
and `like Current' produces correct output when melted or frozen but
wrong output (wrong generating type) when finalized (without inlining).

Added eweasel test anchor040 for this bug.
