Synopsis: Generic classes using complex qualified anchored types crash in {FORMAL_A}.instantiated_in

Description

A set of classes including generic classes that use qualified
anchored types causes the compiler to crash in {FORMAL_A}.instantiated_in.

This crash occurs with rev 83602, so it is different than the
bug that was already fixed.

Added eweasel test anchor033 for this bug.

To Reproduce

Run eweasel test anchor033.
