Synopsis: Qualified anchored type that references expanded feature causes execution failure when melted

Description

A qualified anchored type that references a feature that is of an expanded type
compiles fine when the system is melted, but system execution ends with a
segmentation fault.  Frozen code executes correctly.

Added eweasel test anchor027 for this bug (may already be fixed in 6.7).

To Reproduce

Run eweasel test anchor027.
