Synopsis: User can bring up multiple breakpoint dialogs on same breakpoint
Description
In some situations, the user can bring up multiple breakpoint dialogs on the same breakpoint. I'm reporting this as a bug because the release notes specifically said this was no longer possible, to avoid confusion.
To Reproduce
Start estudio and compile with attached class and config file.
Pick {TEST}.make and drop in Feature tool.
Right click on first breakpoint slot and select Set Conditional Breakpoint.
Right click on first breakpoint slot again and select Set Conditional Breakpoint.
Estudio brings up a second breakpoint dialog for the same breakpoint.
