Synopsis: No output in External Compilation

Description

I started EiffelStudio in non-debug mode. I've started debugging, but it needed to do a freeze, and while it was starting the freeze I switched to debug mode manually. When I did that, event though the C compilation was going, there was no output in the External compilation tab. In both mode, the outputs tab was present but not selected.
