Synopsis: Unable to load support page in Internet Explorer 8

Description
I was trying to load my bug report #16268 in Internet Explorer 8.  To do so I clicked on the link that represents that bug report number.  What I received was a totally blank page.  I tried the same for bug #16261 and the page loaded fine.  I attempted to repeat this using Firefox but the bug report loaded fine.
To Reproduce
Start from this link "https://www2.eiffel.com/support/protected/default.aspx" using Internet Explorer 8.  This is the "My Support" for username "saunders".  Click on 16268 and see if a blank page appears.  I have attempted this several times and for me the problem persists.

The text appears but you have to scroll. Looks like IE 8 does not like the long title and will display the content way below in the page.

It will be taken care with the revamping of the support website.
