Synopsis: Error tooltip flashing when mouse outside of EiffelStudio

Description
If you look at the video attached, you will see that when the mouse is outside of EiffelStudio the error tooltip keeps appearing and disappearing. When on top of EiffelStudio the tooltip is shown.

The annoying thing in my case is that actually I had just fixed the syntax error reported and that my project had no more errors.

The tooltip flashing bug should be fixed in revision#82568. The fix will be available in next Eiffel Studio intermediate release.
